Industry-Leading 5-Year/60,000-Mileage Limited Warranty

Carlisle Air & Automotive provides a 5 year / 60,000 mileage limited warranty on parts and labor, whichever occurs first, on Light Duty and Passenger vehicles. Carlisle Air & Automotive provides an 18 month with unlimited mileage limited warranty on parts and labor on Medium Duty, Heavy Duty Off-Road vehicles and Commercial Vehicles (Limos). There is NO Warranty on customer supplied parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle to Carlisle Air & Automotive within the warranty period for any warranty repairs. This warranty is restricted to certain types of auto repairs. The warranty does not include dealer parts, engines, transmissions, wear items, and maintenance services such as but not limited to brakes, alignments, tires, belts, wiper blades, fluid flushes, gaskets, spark plugs, and hoses which are warranted for 2 years / 24,000 miles. The first 3 years / 36,000 miles is covered by a Nationwide Warranty outside of a 25-mile radius from our repair facility. Any warranty work within the 25-mile radius of our repair facility must be performed at Carlisle Air & Automotive. Please call 1-866-588-0728 to start a Nationwide Warranty claim. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Carlisle Air & Automotive will not directly pay another facility to perform warranty repairs. The 5 year / 60,000 mileage warranty does not include other expenses such as trip interruption, travel expenses, lodging, rental car, towing, lost wages or income. In order to maintain the warranty, some maintenance may be required; see service advisor for details. Carlisle Air & Automotive does not assume liability for the performance, failure, or defects of parts not manufactured by us. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, part recalls, failures due to third-party components, and damage caused by faulty parts. Customers may be directed to the parts manufacturer regarding product liability claims. Carlisle Air & Automotive reserves the right to void any warranty if there is evidence of abuse, modifications, neglect, intentional or unintentional damage or repair of another system that has affected the original warranted repair. Carlisle Air & Automotive will not warranty any parts of the vehicle that was not repaired at the time of the original warranted paid repair. Other exclusions may apply.
